To use our services, merchants must provide accurate and complete business information. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application based on our internal risk assessment criteria.


4. Supported Countries

Projecthitech supports merchants in most countries globally, with the exception of countries engaged in war, terrorism, or other activities that violate international laws. Supported countries include, but are not limited to:

5. Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee is required to initiate services with Projecthitech. The fee amount is determined based on your business risk level and the volume of transactions you intend to process. This fee covers the cost of integrating our payment solutions with your business and is non-refundable.


6. Payout Policy

Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days after the transaction is settled. The exact timing may vary based on your bank's processing times and the payout method selected. Payouts can be made in multiple currencies, including cryptocurrency or through any bank of your choice.


7. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are handled according to industry standards. Merchants are responsible for any chargebacks incurred and are required to respond to chargeback disputes within the specified timeframe. Projecthitech provides tools and support to help you manage and reduce chargebacks, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any chargeback dispute.


8. Rolling Reserve

A rolling reserve may be implemented as part of your account setup. This is a percentage of your transactions held back to cover potential chargebacks and refunds. The reserve is gradually released back to you over a set period, typically 90-180 days.


9. Fraud Detection

We utilize advanced fraud detection systems to protect your transactions. While we take extensive measures to prevent fraud, merchants are responsible for monitoring their accounts and reporting any suspicious activity immediately.


10. Termination of Services

Projecthitech reserves the right to terminate services if a merchant violates these terms, engages in illegal activities, or poses an unacceptable risk. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe breaches.


11. Limitation of Liability

Projecthitech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the merchant within the six months preceding the claim.


12. Modifications to Terms

Projecthitech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Merchants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Projecthitech is registered.
